American Studies

The United States has a rich history and has become a powerful world leader relatively quickly. America has seen its fair share of struggles, turmoil, achievements, and growth, and those who major in American studies research all about the events, people, and things that brought the nation to where it is today. American studies majors learn about the social movements, history, music, art, literature, politics, and economy of the country.
