Computer Graphics

Computer graphics is a sub-field of computer science, and it serves as a fundamental basis in which students learn how to create and manipulate images that will be seen on computers, movies, television and animation. This technology major teaches students about design techniques, visualized data and the technologies and programs that are used to create images. In order to gain technical and industry knowledge of computer graphics, students will study interactive multimedia, construction and building practices, 3D modeling, animation, computer programming and marketing. Students can expect to take classes in human computer interface theory and design, applications of construction documentation, principles of interactive and dynamic media and virtual product integration.

Computer graphics graduates are qualified to enter various careers that utilize their technical knowledge and design skills.
